Vas-t’en grand monstre vert!

UnknownFollowing on with our theme, we have been reading the story: “vas-t’en grand monstre vert” by Ed Emberley.

The children then enjoyed making their own monsters, changing the colours to their liking and presenting them in French to their friends.

Fun with “Nom d’un champignon!” by Edward Manceau

Still with the pre-school children, we have also spent time looking at the wonderful story “nom d’un champignon”, in the name of a mushroom!

Little by little, our little champignon is changing… First, he gets, “les yeux”, eyes, then “le nez”, a nose, followed by “la bouche”, a mouth, “les pieds”, feet, “les mains”, hands, and finally ear, “les oreilles” and magically turns into a “lapin”, a rabbit!
